It Starts and Ends with Management

My objective is to provide ideas that clearly spells out a challenge to managers on a daily basis based on personal business experiences garnered over a 40+ year career in managing a wide variety of reports across a wide range of responsibilities. Too often the blame is assigned to one or more employees for failure in a business situation, when the fact is very simple – it starts and ends with management. It will be this daily blogs mission to ask the tough questions as to -why-where- and what is the right reason for marginal if not a failed outcome. Your inputs will be appreciated as we raise questions that will affect our approach to increasing our management effectiveness.
